Can I pop my membership on Hold?
Yes, You can pause your membership free of charge up to 8 weeks per calender year. No pause fees! Use your membership portal to request a hold!
Do you offer free trials / casual visits?
You can trial our gym for $25 per casual visit. No free trials sorry!
who has access to use the gym 24/7?
24 hour access is only for those over the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, Your access is restricted.
How old do you need to be?
Our minimum age is from 14 years +
Do you have a creche?
Unfortunately no! However, we are surrounded by creches in our suburb. Please contact them to see if you can arrange a temporary drop off?
Do you have Personal Trainers?
Yes, we have Personal Trainers. Please select our fitness proffesionals tab to contact our trainers
Does the gym have bathrooms with showers?
Yes, we have 3 bathrooms with showers and we also cater for wheelchair access
Do you have a gym pack that I can purchase?
Yes, we sell towels, protein shakers, drink bottles and gym duffle bags. We also have a vending machine onsite filled with gym related goodness.
