Yes. Eligible members with an active Fitness Passport membership can access the gym 24/7 using the Forest 24/7 Fitness app once online registration is complete.
Can I access the gym straight away?
Yes. Complete your online registration with your active Fitness Passport details and pay the one-off registration fee, then download and log in to the Forest 24/7 Fitness app to access the gym straight away.
Do I need to check in every time?
Yes. Every visit must be recorded through the Fitness Passport process, including visits outside staffed hours.
Do I need to collect a physical access pass?
You can access the gym using the Forest 24/7 Fitness app. If you would prefer a physical access pass, speak with our team during staffed hours.
What if I am already in the Forest system?
Select “Current or Past Member” in the Forest 24/7 Fitness Member Portal to continue with your existing details.
Which gym app should I download?
Download the dedicated Forest 24/7 Fitness app using the App Store or Google Play buttons above. Use it to access the gym, manage your membership and bookings, and view monthly challenges and leaderboards. If you currently use the GymMaster Member app, log out of it before logging in to the Forest 24/7 Fitness app.
