Can I place my membership on hold?
Yes. You can pause your membership free of charge for up to eight weeks per calendar year. Submit your request through the member portal.
Do you offer casual visits?
Yes. Casual visits are available for $25 during staffed hours.
Who can use the gym 24/7?
Members aged 16 and over may be eligible for 24/7 access. Members aged 14–15 are restricted to access between 6am and 6pm.
What is the minimum joining age?
The minimum age to join Forest 24/7 Fitness is 14. Guardian requirements apply to under-18 memberships.
Do you have a crèche?
No, the gym does not have a crèche. Please arrange suitable childcare before attending.
Do you have personal trainers?
Yes. Meet Jonah and Caspian on our Personal Training page and choose the trainer who best suits your goals.
Do you have bathrooms and showers?
Yes. We have three bathrooms with showers, including accessible facilities.
Can I purchase gym essentials?
Yes. Towels, shakers, drink bottles and gym duffle bags are available, along with additional products from our onsite vending machine.
