Is the $29 an ongoing fee?
No. It is a one-off Forest 24/7 Fitness registration and access setup fee. Your ongoing Fitness Passport membership is managed separately.
Can I train outside staffed hours?
Yes, eligible members can receive secure 24/7 access after their Fitness Passport eligibility has been verified and club access setup is complete.
Do I need to visit the gym after registering?
Yes. Visit during staffed hours to verify your membership, complete the orientation and collect your access pass.
Do I need to check in every time?
Yes. Every visit must be correctly recorded through the Fitness Passport process, including visits outside staffed hours.
What if my Fitness Passport card has no photo?
Please bring another form of photo identification so our team can confirm your identity and membership eligibility.
What if I am already in the Forest system?
Use the “Current or Past Member” option in the GymMaster registration flow to continue with your existing details.
